Many owners who use PVC flooring have been told that they are out of stock after choosing the designs and models, so what should they do if they are out of stock? Either change the model or make to order. But if it is a large project, tens of thousands of square meters of project can only be customized production, any manufacturer or inventory unit will not be a model inventory of tens of thousands of square meters. So what are the requirements for custom-made PVC flooring? The following is about the customized requirements of Julong PVC flooring manufacturer:
1. Customized Quantity: If it is the conventional pattern of Dragon Floor (all existing patterns), then the starting order is 1000 square meters. If it's any other color (which the dragon does not have), the order will be 10,000 square meters. Because of the need for blooming rollers, the number of requirements is relatively large.
2. Custom-made cycle: Spring and winter are the off-season of the PVC floor industry. Custom-made cycle is relatively short. If the unit is 10,000 square meters, the customized cycle is less than 15 days. If in summer and autumn is the peak season of PVC flooring, the customization cycle will be longer, about 10 days, then the customization cycle in 10,000 square meters will take about 25 days.
3. Specification requirements: the width of PVC floor is 2 m of fixed length, which can not be changed. The length can be adjusted. The length can be customized according to the demand, but it can not be less than 5 m, not more than 30 m. Thickness requires foam bottom within 8 mm, compact bottom: 2.6 mm, homogeneous penetration: within 3 mm, minimum thickness of 1 mm.
4. Requirements for tail order: if customized conventional design and specification (existing design and standard specification of Julong), then customized according to the quantity of customer demand, more returns and less supplements; if customized conventional design and color of Julong, but specifications have requirements, such as changes in thickness or length, then tail order is needed, and customized products have about 10% error. No refund more (more production is paid by customers) no supplement less (less can be replaced by conventional designs, is the only solution); if customized other designs, tail orders need to bear.
