The first completed project since the establishment of Xiongan New District, Xiongan Citizen Service Center, will be open to the society. Xiongan Citizen Service Center project is located at the junction of Baita Village and Mazhuang Village in the east of Rongcheng County. As a temporary office park in the initial period of the new district, the total building area of the citizen service center is 96,600 square meters, which consists of four regional buildings: public service area, administrative service area, living service area and office area of enterprises. It includes many functional areas such as the Party and Labor Committee of Xiongan New Area, the office area of the Management Committee, the office area of Xiongan Group of China, the ecological park area, the living room area, the government affairs center, the conference center and so on.

The enterprise office area is located in the north of the citizen service center, with a total land area of 60 370 m2 and a total building area of 36023 m2. It accommodates many functions such as office buildings, hotels and public service facilities.

 

As a starting project of Xiongan New Area, the design should not only meet the requirements of rapid construction, but also provide a demonstration for future construction. Enterprise office area adopts fully assembled and integrated container construction technology, with the assembly rate reaching 80%-90%. It realizes the whole factory production of structure, internal, external and equipment pipelines, and integrates transportation to construction site for uniform hoisting, minimizing construction waste and realizing green construction.
